My chicken troubles, for the most part, are now over. My Easter Egger rooster Peregrin Took died in his sleep last night at 11:00...
As Amateur Radio Field Day is coming up, today I'm going to talk about what I don't like about it, contest syndrome...
I'm pleased to announce that the Machine has a new feature, a chat room. This is free for us, courtesy of 99chats.com.
Please don't abuse the chat room... If you do, I'll ban you. And there is only room for 10 users at a time.
Today I'd just like to share something President Ezra Taft Benson said. This isn't a quote because I only have a paraphrase: Christ changes men, and changed men change the world.
Thanks for reading my blog!
Yesterday was a busy and tiring day at the polls, where I was a student clerk. I woke up at 4am and went to bed at 10 am. I'm still exhausted, actually.
When we got home, my dad told me that he was unable to find one of my roosters to put him away. When I looked and couldn't find him either, I panicked and, I confess I said some mean things to my father. I'm now very remorseful about that.
Well, after four long years, I've finally graduated Seminary! I'm really very grateful for my Seminary teachers allowing me to do it all at home, and for encouraging me along the way.
I'm also grateful for my parents; even though I haven't (and continue not to) agreed with them about everything, they've done a lot of good things for me, and have helped my get to where I am now. For example, when my "peers" first started to make fun of me because I didn't have a cell phone, and my mom didn't give in when I begged, bartered, and threatened for one. That was probably one of the best decisions she made, because all of those same "peers" now don't listen in Sunday School, but play on their Ipods and phones during class.
So, there you have it! My latest big thing. I'm going to try to keep better track of what's going on and write more. I have a lot of interesting opinions to share with you guys ;)
